John Foote 
John was born about 1556 in Royston, Hertfordshire, Eng.1 John's father was Robert Foote and his mother was Elizabeth Hall. His paternal grandparents were John Foote and Helen Warren. He had a brother and two sisters, named Robert, Alice\Avis and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the four children. He died about 1634 in London, England.1 General Notes

possible was father of Sir Thomas Foote, who was Loard Mayor of London in 1649, a first cousin of Nathaniel Foote, the settler. Sir Thomas was buried in the parish church of All Saints of West Ham, now a part of the City of London
