Joseph Omer Duncan 
Joseph Omer was born on January 15th, 1858 in Union Twp,Miami,OH.1 Joseph Omer's father was Jesse Duncan and his mother was Mary Ann Hoover. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Duncan and Elizabeth Dickson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George Washington, Alfred D., Eli Prior, Isaac Ambrose, Jessie Ann, Louisa Jane, Elizabeth and Mary Ann. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He had a half-brother named John Aubrey. He died at the age of 8 on March 30th, 1866 in Poplar Grove,Howard,IN.1 -
