Amos Embree Duncan 
Amos Embree was born on November 7th, 1834 in West Milton,Miami,OH.1 Amos Embree's father was Isaac Duncan and his mother was Elizabeth Dickson. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Duncan and Mary Embree; his maternal grandparents were Robert Dickson and Mary Elizabeth Hall. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Jesse, William, Samuel Hall, David, Eli, Isaac, Polly, Abigail and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Isaiah, John and Rachel.1 -
