John was born in 1676 in Plymouth, MA.1   John's father was John Drew and his mother was Hannah Churchill.  His maternal grandparents were John Churchill and Hannah Pontus. He had four brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Thomas, Nicholas, Lenuel and Elizabeth.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 69 in 1745 in Stamford, CT.1
