Joeseph Otlie was born on June 21st, 1855 in New Albion, Cattaraugus Co. New York.1   Joeseph Otlie's father was Lewis Obediah Drew and his mother was Mary Freelove Walker.  His paternal grandparents were Joeseph Drew and Abigal Elizabeth Smith. He had a brother and six sisters, named Lucien, Olive R, Josephine, Juliette, Sally, Abigail Elizabeth and Nora.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 80 on December 26th, 1935 in Buried Riverside Cemetary, Alma Michigan.1
