Caroline was born in 1842.1   Caroline's father was Joeseph Drew and her mother was Abigal Elizabeth Smith. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Lewis Obediah, Nathaniel, Norman, Edwin, Davis, Mary, Harriet and Lydia A.  She was the third youngest of the nine children.1
