William C. Dickson 
William C. was born on February 15th, 1824.1 William C.'s father was James Caswell Dickson and his mother was Lucinda Moore. His maternal grandparents were John William Moore and Dicey Sikes. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Augustus, Thomas, Susan, Nancy Amanda, Sarah, Harriet Amanda and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 69 on December 6th, 1893. He was buried in Douglas Br. Ch., Screven Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
