Shirley Dickey 
Shirley was born in May 1868 in Screven Co., GA.1 Shirley's father was David Dickey and his mother was Elizabeth. His paternal grandparents were Patrick Dickey and Sally. He had two brothers and a sister, named Oswald, David and Infant. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 60 in 1928.1 General Notes
