Wilbur Fisk was born on July 4th, 1846 in Chelsea, VT.1 Wilbur Fisk's father was David Dewey and his mother was Roxcelena Perego. His paternal grandparents were David Dewey and Heta (Hittie) Wright; his maternal grandparents were Elias Perego and Eunice Lewis. He had two sisters named Mary Josephine and Adelia Maria. He was the youngest of the three children.1 -
