Marion Rebecca was born on June 3rd, 1837 in Berlin, VT.1 Marion Rebecca's father was Osman Dewey and her mother was Mrs. Rebecca (Davis) Farwell. Her paternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Prudence Yemans; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Davis and Katy Taplin. She had a brother and a sister, named Orville and Betsey Ann. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had three half-brothers named Francis Osman, Denison and Simeon.1 -
