Josiah Dewey 
Josiah was born in 1817 in Sullivan , Tioga Co., PA.1 Josiah's father was Joseph Dewey and his mother was Rebecca. His paternal grandparents were Josiah Dewey and Hannah Babcock. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Lester, Edwin, Seth, Elvira and Ann. He was the second oldest of the six children.1 -
