August John was born on September 5th, 1878 in VICTORY TWP, MASON CO, MICHIGAN.1 August John's father was Charles (Danners) Dennis and his mother was Augusta (Gustava) Peterson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Oscar, Mary, Eva Charlotte, Emma and Celia. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died due to PROSTATE CANCER at the age of 73 on June 18th, 1952 in LUDINGTON, MICHIGAN.1 General Notes
