David DeWitt

David was born in 1817. David's father was Williard DeWitt and his mother was Elizaberth Mosher. His paternal grandparents were Moses Witt and Bethia Nichols; his maternal grandparents were Peter Mosher and Mary Rarick. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Calvin, John, Daniel, Willard, Cornelia, Elizabeth, Paris and Phelia. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
