Alta Flaticia was born on March 11th, 1860 in Payson, UT.1   Alta Flaticia's father was Jonathan Gleason Davis and her mother was Alta Hancock.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 79 on January 2nd, 1940 in Salt Lake City, UT.1
