John August Danbert

John August was born in 1900 in Hawks, Michigan USA.¹ John August's father was John Danbert and his mother was Bertha Fleming. His paternal grandparents were John Danbert and Clara Sussana Karrer; his maternal grandparents were Herman Fleming and Johanna Wilhelmine Kriister. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Fred, Frank, Lily, Bertha, Louise and Mary. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 49 in 1949 in Rogers City Michigan USA.¹
