The eldest son and heir of Thomas Cushing. His long and explicit will was dated Sept. 26, 1492 and was proved in the Bishop's Court of Norwich, Mar. 11, 1493. In ancient deeds relating to the county of Norfolk, he is styled "Gentleman". His wife, Emma, was executrix of his will; her own was proved July 27, 1507.
