Mark Wellington was born on March 26th, 1811.1   Mark Wellington's father was Joseph Current and his mother was Mary McDuffy. He had five brothers and six sisters, named William, Jacob, Joseph, Elisha, James Bale, Anna, Sarah, Esther, Hannah, Emily and Phoebe.  He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children.1
