Martha Cook 
Martha was born on September 15th, 1649 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts.1 Martha's father was Henry Cook and her mother was Judith Birdsall. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Birdsall and Mrs. Henry Birdsall. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Isaac, Samuel, John, Henry, Judith, Rachel, Mary, Martha, Mary, Elizabeth and Hannah. She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.1 -
