Abbie Maria was born on March 16th, 1844 in Lunenburg, VT.1 Abbie Maria's father was Horace Pinneo Coleman and her mother was Martha Louisa Dewey. Her maternal grandparents were Israel Dewey and Nancy Hovey. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William Otis, Charles Frederick, Zenas Milton, Martha Louisa and Lucia Annette. She was the oldest of the six children.1 -
