His paternal grandparents were Robert McClelland Cochran and Agnes Eliza McGinnis. He had two brothers and two sisters, named J Walter, Robert Lee, Agnes Ira and Mattie P. He had two half-brothers named Winslow Osborne and James William Baxter.1 -
