John Wesley Clark 
John Wesley was born on October 29th, 1875 in Kanab, Kane, Utah.1 John Wesley's father was John Wesley Clark and his mother was Ellen Lee. His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Clark and Evaline Brown; his maternal grandparents were John Doyle Lee and Lavina Young. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David Monroe, Franklin Daniel, Thomas Jefferson, Adolphus Young, Karl G., Josephine Malvina, Ina, Lavina, Amy and Venice. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 57 on March 29th, 1933.1 -
