Augustinus Clappsaddle 
Augustinus was born in 1727 in Germany. Augustinus' father was Andreas Klebsatel and his mother was Anna Eva Hess. His maternal grandparents were Johannes Hess and Anna Catherina Korsing. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Johannes Augustinus, Johan Jost, Andreas Andrew, William, Jacob, Catherine, Gertrout\Gertrude, Gertrude and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 50 on August 5th, 1777 in Battle of Oriskany, New York.-
