Sophia Chapin 
Sophia was born on April 14th, 1748 in Springfield, MA.1 Sophia's father was Elisha Chapin and her mother was Miriam Ely. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Ely and Margaret. She was an only child. She died at the age of 82 on August 13th, 1830 in Westfield, Hampden, Massachusetts age 82.1
