David Butturff 
David was born about 1861 in Ohio.1 David's father was Joseph Butturff and his mother was Susan Unknown. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Levi, Lawrence, Charles, Elizabeth, Mary A., Amanda, Francis and Lura. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.1
