Margaret was born about 1384 in Halberton, Devon, England.1   Margaret's father was Henry Burton and her mother was Alice De Boys.  Her paternal grandparents were Gilbert Burton and Isabell Dunn; her maternal grandfather was John De Boys.  She was an only child.  She died about 1428.1
