Reuben Standish Burras 
Reuben Standish was born on October 31st, 1844 in New York.1 Reuben Standish's father was Reuben Miles Burras and his mother was Sally Standish. His paternal grandparents were William Burras and Abigail Jeffries; his maternal grandparents were Peleg Standish and Sally Hamlen. He had five brothers named Oscar, Edgar, Frank, Charles Peal and Dorr. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 76 on March 29th, 1921 in North Fairfield, Huron, Ohio.1 General Notes
