John Burnham 
John was born about 1660 in Chebacco, Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts.1 John's father was John Burnham and his mother was Mary Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Robert Burnham and Mary Andrews. He had a brother and three sisters, named Josiah, Mary, Anne and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died in 1716.1 -
