James Budge

James' baptism took place on August 8th, 1742 in Toftingall, Cthns, Sctl.¹ James' father was John Budge and his mother was Jannet Bain. His paternal grandparents were John Budge and Isobell; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Bain and Christian. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Alexander, David, Donald, John, Christian and Isobell.¹
