Zabakah was born on April 14th, 1742 in Concord, MA.¹ Zabakah's father was Benjamin Brooks and her mother was Sarah Heywood. Her paternal grandparents were Noah Brooks and Dorothy Wright. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Benjamin, Abner, Noah, Seth, Persis, Dorothy, Mary, Millicent, Sarah and Keziah.¹
