Jane was born on August 24th, 1767 in Morris County, New Jersey.1   Jane's father was Lt. George Brockoven and her mother was Mary Whitekernack.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 82 on June 13th, 1850 in Derry Township, Westmoreland Co., Pennsylvania.1
