William was born in 1525 in Colchester, Essex, England.1   William's father was John Brock and his mother was Agnes Wiseman. He had six brothers and a sister, named John, Humphery, Richard, George, Jeffrey, Robert and Ann.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 73 on June 13th, 1598 in England.1
