John Moore Brice

John Moore was born on March 7th, 1839 in FAIRFIELD CO, SOUTH CAROLINA.¹ John Moore's father was Walter Brice and his mother was Martha Emeline Moore. His paternal grandparents were James Brice and Jane Wilson. He had seven brothers and a sister, named James Michael, Walter Scott, Robert Wade, Thomas William, Wilson McDonald, Samuel George, David Lunsford and Rebecca Jane. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 25 on June 3rd, 1864 in CIVIL WAR - GAIN, VIRGINIA.¹
