Roger De was born about 1056 in Of, Herefordshire, England.1 Roger De's father was William Fitzosbern and his mother was Alice (Adelise) DeToeni. His paternal grandparents were Unknown Osbern and Emma Of Ivry; his maternal grandparents were Roger "The Spainiard" Toeni (Conches) and Godeheut (Godehilde) Borrell. He had four brothers and a sister, named William, Ralph, John, Richard and Emma. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died after 1086.1 -
