Holister Brace

Holister was born in 1848 in Grove, Allegany, NY.¹ Holister's father was Samuel Brace and his mother was Anna Marie Olmsted. His paternal grandparents were William Brace and Nancy Harkness; his maternal grandparents were John Olmsted and Lucy Hull. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Hiram T, William, Mary, Nancy, Sarah, Belvia, Laura, Adaline and Cornelia. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 50 in 1898.¹
