1   Abi's father was Henry Brace and her mother was Anne (Collyer) Collier.  Her paternal grandfather was Stephen Brace. She had a brother and six sisters, named Henry, Ann, Phebe, Elishaba, Elizabeth, Zenas and Phebe.1
