Samantha Jane Boyer 
Samantha Jane was born on July 23rd, 1858 in Van Wert, Ohio.1 Samantha Jane's father was Abraham Boyer and her mother was Elizabeth Shell. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Boyer and Mary Myers; her maternal grandparents were Henry Shell and Mary Bincker. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John William Henry, Charles Fredrick, George Denton, Nancy Fermaline and Edith Frances. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 83 on March 31st, 1942 in Carson City, Montcalm, Michigan.1 General Notes
