Hiram Boyer 
Hiram was born on April 6th, 1849 in Mt. Hope, Holmes, Ohio.1 Hiram's father was William Boyer and his mother was Lucy Ann Writter. His paternal grandparents were John Boyer and Margaret Drushel. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Grafton, Thomas Jefferson, Loveland, Lucinda, Mary, Julia Ann and Lovina. He was the third youngest of the eight children.
