Bomer was born on December 30th, 1901.1   Bomer's father was Stephen Bowen and his mother was Emma Collins. He had a brother and four sisters, named Clement, Mary, Ruby, Bessie and Cora Lee.  He died at the age of 31 on March 6th, 1933.1
