John Bond 
John was born on April 9th, 1858 in Monroe County, PA.1 John's father was Samuel Bond and his mother was Catherine Hessler. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Bond and Rachael Miesner; his maternal grandparents were William Hessler and Rosannah Keiner. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named William, Lewis Charlson, Thomas S., Joseph Sanford, Miesner, Samuel, Jacob, Rossanah, Emily, Elmira and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the twelve children.1 -
