Samuel Blanchard 
Samuel was born on July 4th, 1680 in Andover, Essex Co., MA.1 Samuel's father was Samuel Blanchard and his mother was Hannah Doggett. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Blanchard; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Doggett and Elis Humphrey. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John and Hannah. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 73 on June 17th, 1754.1 -
