Mary Ames Blanchard 
Mary Ames was born on January 26th, 1844 in Braintree, Orange County, Vermont.1 Mary Ames' father was Bernard (Barnard) Blanchard and her mother was Harriet S. Fuller. Her paternal grandparents were Amasa Blanchard and Sally Holman; her maternal grandparents were Squire Fuller and Bethiah Ames. She had three brothers and a sister, named Stillman Ranson, Hosea Merrill, Jackson and Paulina Jane. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 20 on September 29th, 1864.1 -
