Michael Blackwell 
Michael was born on December 16th, 1676 in Sandwich, MA.1 Michael's father was John Blackwell and his mother was Sarah Warren. His maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Warren and Sarah Walker. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Caleb, Nathaniel, Lettice, Desire, Alice and Jane. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died before 1709 in Sandwich, MA.1 -
