William Julius was born on October 19th, 1866 in Philadelphia, PA.1   William Julius' father was Julius Billerbeck and his mother was Ginderina Cramer. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Frank, Fred, Henry, Emma, Louise and Mathilda.  He died at the age of 90 on December 18th, 1956 in Beach Haven, NJ.1
