Walter Marvin Beck

Walter Marvin was born on November 22nd, 1914 in Minneapolis, MN.¹   Walter Marvin's father was Albert Julius Beck and his mother was Beata Magdelina Middelstedt.  His paternal grandparents were Charles Beck and August Ott; his maternal grandfather was Herman Mittelstaedt. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Eldor, Harry, Lorne, Warren, Earle Theodore, Laverne, Albert W., Leona Lydia Magdelana, Adeline Fredida Louise and Elvera Beata Velma.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.¹
