Harry's father was Charles Beck and his mother was August Ott. He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Wiliam, Gus, Albert Julius, John, Henry, Charles, Fred, Louis, Elmer, Eddie, Anna and Elizabeth.  He died in Gunshot Wound at age 10.
