Neal Beasley 
Neal was born in 1855 in Bulloch Co., GA.1 Neal's father was Thomas Beasley and his mother was Mary Ann Mincey. His maternal grandparents were John Mincey and Celia Hendricks. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Burchard Taylor, David Thomas, Eli Jackson, Henrietta, Lavinia, Dicey A., Louisa, Elizabeth, Mary and Catherine Ida. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.1 General Notes
