Frank was born on August 30th, 1894.1   Frank's father was Joseph Basak and his mother was Theresa Novy. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Rudolph, Franzisca (Frances), Barbara and Emily (Anna?).  He died at the age of 80 on November 18th, 1974.1
