Thankful was born on December 8th, 1692 in Plymouth, MA.1 Thankful's father was Robert Barrow and her mother was Lydia Dunham. Her paternal grandfather was John Barrow; her maternal grandparents were John Dunham and Mary Unknown. She had four brothers and a sister, named Robert, Elisha, Thomas, Elisha and Lydia. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Eliezer, George, Samuel and Mehitable.1 -
