Joe Barrow 
Joe was born in 1890.1 Joe's father was Edmond Barrow and his mother was Lenora Cowart. His maternal grandparents were Thomas J. Cowart and Catherine Pricilla Holland. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Lee Escoe, Broughton C., Eddie Eugene, Leatie, Catherine, Mary and Viney. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 97 in 1987.1 -
