William E. Baker

William E. was born in 1851 in Illinois.  William E.'s father was William M. Baker and his mother was Sarah Osborn.  His paternal grandparents were Samson Baker and Mariah Baker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Edward M., Eli, Charles C., Martha and Mary A..  He was the second oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother named Harmon.
